Marissa J. Facciani

Since 1999, Ms. Facciani has focused her practice in General Civil Litigation, specifically in areas of Insurance Defense, Business Litigation and Commercial Litigation. She was an Extern Law Clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Dennis L. Beck, United States District Court, Eastern District of California prior to joining Wilkins Drolshagen & Czeshinski LLP. Ms. Facciani’s practice includes preparing cases from the filing of the complaint through trial, including written discovery, depositions, law and motion, and expert discovery.
